Concept
The renovation of the radiology practice in Spandau engaged directly with the character of a 1969 building, where the structural coffered ceilings posed both a constructive challenge and an opportunity—to reinterpret the existing elements.
The new interior concept deliberately breaks away from the subdued tonalities typical of medical environments. Instead, bold color accents, drawn from the practice’s branding, punctuate the spaces with clarity and create orientation. Here, technology and design are seamlessly fused: what is functional is simultaneously aesthetic.
A particular focus is placed on the moment of discovery. Color unfolds across different areas, shifting in intensity and brought to life through custom-designed built-in furniture with vibrant highlights. The result is a practice that not only meets functional demands but also welcomes patients and staff into a bright, contemporary, and unmistakably distinctive atmosphere.
